Terms of Use
BNaked is a private adults-only community. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 and accept these Terms.
1. Provider and scope
BNaked is provided by Bears Naturistas SL, tax ID B67801795, at Avenida Tortuga Boba, 176 - Vera, Almería, España. Contact: bn@bnakedapp.com. It is currently free; any future paid feature will disclose all terms and require express action.
2. Accounts and features
You must be 18+, provide accurate data, secure your account and never impersonate, transfer an account or evade suspension. BNaked provides profiles, approximate distance, likes, chat, private albums and notifications. Exact coordinates are not shown. Album access is revocable and never authorises copying or redistribution.
3. Content rules
You keep ownership and grant only the licence needed to host, process, moderate and display your content. Public photos cannot show explicit nudity. Private nudity must depict consenting adults and be owned or expressly authorised by everyone depicted. Moderators may review photos.
4. Strict prohibitions
Public photos must show a face and/or body and may not show genitals or sexual acts. Private albums may contain consensual adult naturist nudity, but no pornography, sexual acts, aroused genitals, or erotic genital close-ups.
No minors or uncertain-age sexual content; CSAM; non-consensual intimacy, hidden recordings, sextortion, coercion, trafficking or revenge distribution; illegal, extremely violent, bestiality, hate, harassment, threats or doxxing; impersonation, fraud, spam, exploitation, illegal goods or malware; scraping, automation, bypassing controls, screenshots or redistribution. Serious suspected crime may be preserved as necessary and reported.
The copying restriction covers profiles, messages and photos, including screen recording or photographing a screen with another device. Viewing permission is not copying permission. Proportionate evidence needed to exercise legal rights, report to authorities or comply with a legal duty is not prohibited; this does not authorise public distribution. Capture features available to administrators or testers do not authorise personal use or disclosure of other members’ data.
5. Moderation and safety
Users may report and block. BNaked may remove content, warn, suspend or close accounts and, where applicable, explain review options. Illegal-content notices and appeals go to bn@bnakedapp.com with content ID, reasons, contact and good-faith statement. Exercise caution in offline meetings; BNaked cannot continuously verify every member.
6. Availability, termination and law
No uninterrupted or error-free operation is guaranteed. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. You may request deletion and withdraw consent. BNaked software and branding belong to Bears Naturistas SL or licensors. Spanish and EU law applies without limiting mandatory consumer jurisdiction. Material changes will be notified.
Personal data protection is governed by the GDPR and Spain’s Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). BNaked does not acquire ownership of your personal data; your statutory rights and content ownership remain, subject to the limited service licence above.
